Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we make — tough, skin-safe towels made for real life. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll make it right. Here’s how it works:


1) Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return for unused and unopened products purchased directly from www.muckenders.com.

To start a return, email us at realpeople@muckenders.com with your order number and a quick note about what’s going on. We’ll reply with simple instructions and a return shipping address.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. We can’t take back items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless there was a manufacturing issue or shipping error on our end.


2) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Muckender error or a damaged/defective product.


3) Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund? No problem. Just let us know when you reach out and we’ll send a new item once your return is processed. If the item is out of stock, we’ll refund you instead.


4) Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order shows up looking like it went ten rounds with a job-site grinder, snap a few photos and send them to realpeople@muckenders.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you right away — your choice.


5) Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page)
  • "Community Town Hall 4-Packs" or other special promotional items that involve YouTube Creator virtual experiences
  • Any product not purchased directly from Muckenders.com

6) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary. If you’ve done that and still don’t see it, email us at realpeople@muckenders.com and we’ll help track it down.


7) Gifts

If you received Muckender as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser. But we’re happy to arrange an exchange or store credit for you — just email us with the order info if you have it.
