Welcome to Muckender — owned and operated by Fieldbook Studio, LLC (“Muckender,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.muckenders.com (the “Site”), our online store, and related services including our mobile message program. By visiting, purchasing from, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1) Using Our Site
We built this site to help you shop, learn about, and connect with the Muckender brand. You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for unlawful or harmful purposes. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make a purchase.
We do our best to keep everything accurate, but occasional errors happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
2) Orders & Payments
All purchases made through our Site are subject to product availability and order acceptance. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders are processed through Shopify Payments or other approved payment partners using secure methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or violates these Terms.
3) Shipping & Returns
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location. We’re not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once they leave our facility, but we’ll always do our best to help you track them down and we commit to strive to make things right.
If something’s not right with your order, reach out to us at realpeople@muckenders.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
4) Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, product photos, and videos—is owned by or licensed to Fieldbook Studio, LLC dba Muckender and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
5) User Content & Reviews
We love when customers share photos, videos, and feedback (“User Content”). By submitting or tagging Muckender (e.g. #endthemuck), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for marketing or promotional purposes (including reposting on social channels). You remain the owner of your content—this just lets us share it with our community.
6) Mobile Terms of Service

Our mobile text service (“Service”) keeps you in the loop with updates, shipping alerts, and the occasional deal you’ll actually care about. By signing up, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
How it works:
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Muckender through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provide — even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. These may include order updates, reminders, and special offers (like exclusive promos or cart nudges).
You don’t have to sign up for texts to make a purchase — it’s completely optional. We never make it a condition of sale.
Cost & frequency:
We don’t charge you to receive texts, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Check your plan for details.
Opting out:
You can unsubscribe anytime. Just reply STOP to +1 (888) 898-2141 or use the unsubscribe link (where available). You’ll get one final confirmation text, then no further messages — unless you opt in again later. If you’re on multiple Muckender text programs, you’ll need to unsubscribe from each individually.

Carrier & delivery notes:
Wireless carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change your mobile number, you’ll need to re-subscribe with the new number. We may change our sending number or short code from time to time; messages sent to old numbers may not reach us.
Liability:
To the extent allowed by law, Muckender isn’t responsible for any failed, delayed, or misdirected messages or for any actions taken (or not taken) based on the information in those messages. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Your privacy matters:
We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties.
7) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muckender and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, products, or services.
In no case shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.
8) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fieldbook Studio, LLC dba Muckender and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Benton County, Arkansas.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect new features, legal requirements, or improvements to how we do business. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
